LSSS Social Media Storyteller
Living Stones Spanish Springs (LSSS) is looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves our church, and loves connecting people through stories, photos, and videos. This role is all about helping our community “Come and See” what God is doing in Spanish Springs.
Capture & Share the Life of the Church
- Snap photos and short videos at Sunday services and ministry events
- Tell real stories through reels, posts, TikToks, and captions
- Create visual content that invites people to come and see what God is doing
Plan & Schedule Content
- Collaborate with church staff to create a weekly content rhythm (Sunday highlights, Scripture, behind-the-scenes, volunteer features)
- Use tools like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, and Stories to publish consistent, engaging material
- Keep a simple content calendar
- Goal: Create 20–30 creative posts, reels, stories, or TikToks per month
Amplify Our Message
- Help promote sermon series, special events, and church initiatives in creative ways
- Think like an inviter: “Would someone outside the church stop and watch this?”
- Create shareable invite content for the church to use
Who You Are
- Someone who loves our church and loves connecting people
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and basic content creation
- Bonus: experience with Canva, photography, or short-form video editing
- A visual storyteller (photo/video + caption = your sweet spot)
- Comfortable capturing moments unobtrusively on Sundays
- Reliable, self-motivated, and collaborative
- A current or emerging leader (late high school-20’s)
