Jesus Has Been Proven

Our confessions determine our confidence. 

The question is not whether Jesus has been proven but whether we will receive the evidence. 

Three ways the Holy Spirit has proved Jesus:

Matthew 3:16-17

Isaiah 9:6

Matthew 12:28

Romans 1:1-4

"For if Christ did not rise, it would be evidence that God was not yet satisfied for [our] sins. Now the resurrection is God declaring his satisfaction; he thereby declared that it was enough; Christ was thereby released from his work; Christ, as he was Mediator, is thereby justified." --Jonathan Edwards

We confess this by having confidence in the Spirit to prove Jesus. 

We confess this by releasing the need to be vindicated.

We confess this by giving every ounce of strength to the war of worship.
