The Glory of Jesus
In this sermon on John 13:31-14:31, Pastor Candidate Andy Musick explains how the glory of Jesus revealed at the cross and resurrection reshapes the Christian life through five connected realities: a new command to love one another with Christlike, sacrificial love (John 13:34-35), a new home prepared by Jesus in the Father's house (John 14:1-3), a new and only way to the Father through Jesus as the way, truth, and life (John 14:6), a new confidence in prayer through Jesus' mediation for the Father's glory (John 14:13-14), and the gift of the Holy Spirit as Helper who teaches, reminds, and strengthens believers (John 14:16-26), leading to peace and courage in uncertain times.
